The room here is stylish, the bed is exceptionally comfortable, and the bathroom is good; in addition, the location is great and they offer a satisfactory breakfast for vegetarians.

The rooms at Resident City Hotel are just perfect for a cozy stay. They have everything you need, from air conditioning and a flat-screen TV to a fridge and a kettle. The mountain view from the twin room adds a touch of serenity. And the comfy sofa in the double room is great for relaxation.

Personally, I wasn't a big fan of the soundproofing in the twin room. But hey, that's just my opinion.

The hotel was a relaxing base for my trip. I truly enjoyed spending my time in this fairly clean brand-new hotel. The rooms were large and well-designed with all facilities, felt like home.

The property was modern and wonderful. All the staff was helpful and professional, fixed my issues. The room was large and had a good night's sleep. Extra facilities, like an electric kettle and a fridge, were really useful.

This hip new hotel is a great base for exploring Almaty. The hotel is located in an awesome area and offers a savory breakfast at the restaurant. The double room comes with a flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control, and an individual safe.

The hotel's location is convenient, with a shopping mall and supermarket nearby. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. I was impressed by the soundproofed rooms, excellent AC, and cozy bedding. The gym facilities were well-equipped, and the breakfast options were superb. Without a doubt, Resident City is the best hotel I experienced in Central Asia.

This hotel is located within a short walk of the city center, making it easy to explore the area. The rooms are well-appointed, and the bathrooms provide all the necessary amenities. Guests can enjoy access to excellent leisure facilities, including a gym and sauna. The breakfast spread is delicious and offers plenty of variety to suit all tastes.

Sadly, there was some noise disturbance during the night from other guests in neighboring rooms. Despite reporting it to reception, the issue was not resolved, and this made it difficult to get a good night's sleep.

Very comfortable, helpful English speaking staff, quiet and clean room, excellent buffet breakfast, good and reasonably priced restaurant, convenient location to city center sights and restaurants.

Couldn't stay longer.
